Join us for the Flagstaff Caregivers’ Walking Group, a relaxed and welcoming space to move your body, get some fresh air, and connect with other caregivers who understand this journey. We will meet indoors at the Flagstaff Mall food court and walk together at a comfortable pace, with room for conversation and community along the way.

Please register ahead of time so we know to look for you at the meeting spot and can make sure everyone feels welcomed and included.
