Description

We will have a limited number of respite spots available for caregivers who attend the Hot Yoga event. Respite will be provided at the Therapeutic Recreation Center at Reid Park, which is 1.7 miles away from the yoga studio.

Respite care will be provided by Absolute HCBS staff. We will have some games and crafts available for the kids. You are welcome to bring your own entertainment and snacks, if desired.

Drop off for respite is at 1:30 PM and pick-up is 3:30 PM (no later, please!)
