Description
The routines each have been intentionally picked and are mood-lifting just for these classes. Participants will experience a SHiNE LIGHT Dance fitness class. As a note, this class will not get on the floor, so no burpees, and there are no jumping or high-intensity routines. Each participant will leave class with a full-body workout and leave feeling confident. The class will consist of a Warm-up, several routines, an arm workout routine, and cooldowns. I will allow time for water breaks and breathers in between routines. Class time is about 34 minutes of dance routines.
