Yoga & Support Circle
Join us at the Center 4 Self-Care for a private Hatha yoga class led by Shelly Harris. This gentle session is designed specifically for caregivers of children with disabilities and offers more than just movement. Together, we’ll explore yoga postures, breath work, and energy balancing to help calm the nervous system and restore focus. The experience also includes time for connection through a mini support group, creating space to reflect and feel supported by others who understand. No yoga experience is needed. Come as you are.
