Southern AZ Caregivers Hiking Club 🌵

Get outside and connect with fellow family caregivers in Southern Arizona. Our next hike is on Saturday, 12/6 at 9:00 AMat the Loma Alta Trailhead. This is an easygoing meetup where caregivers can move at their own pace, enjoy the desert morning, and spend time with others who understand the journey.

After the hike, we’ll head over to the Heirloom Farmers Market for some relaxed holiday shopping and community time. Join us for fresh air, connection, and a little festive fun.

All caregivers are welcome. Bring water, comfortable shoes, and anything you need to feel supported on the trail. Let’s enjoy the morning together.
