This unique experience blends gentle adventure with peaceful relaxation — all centered on community and connection.

On the Water

Try something new or enjoy a favorite activity as you rotate through:

• 🛶 Kayaking – glide across the lake and feel the freedom of movement

• 🌊 Paddle Boarding – find your balance and breathe in the open air

• 🐉 Dragon Boating – team up and feel the collective rhythm of strength

• 🚣 Rowing – experience unity in motion as you pull together

On the Shore

Between water sessions, unwind at shaded shoreline lounges. Enjoy:

• Refreshing beverages and light snacks

• Calming music and conversation

• Opportunities to share stories and connect with others who understand the caregiving journey

The Experience

Expect laughter, light exercise, meaningful conversation — and a renewed sense of belonging and strength within.
No experience is necessary, and all equipment and instruction are provided.

👥 Who Can Attend

To ensure that as many caregivers as possible can join us for this special evening, registrations are limited to two guests per household.

Don’t want to come alone? You’re warmly encouraged to bring a friend, family member, or fellow caregiver—including dads and partners who play such an essential role in caregiving.
