Who Am I? โ€” A Monthly Self-Discovery Workshop for Caregivers

Caregiving can make it easy to lose sight of the person you were โ€” and the person youโ€™re becoming.
Who Am I? is a reimagined monthly mini-workshop series designed to help caregivers reconnect with themselves through guided conversations, skill-building, and thought-provoking activities led by expert guest speakers.

Each session explores a new theme โ€” creativity, personal growth, relationships, career identity, joy, mindfulness, and more โ€” giving caregivers a chance to reflect, learn, and rediscover passions outside of their caregiving roles.

Whether youโ€™re exploring new hobbies, rebuilding confidence, finding community, or uncovering parts of yourself youโ€™ve put on hold, this series creates a supportive space for curiosity, connection, and renewal.

Join us each month as we ask the meaningful question โ€” โ€œWho Am I?โ€ โ€” and explore the many beautiful answers together
