Who Am I? 2026 _ Virtual

Who Am I? β A Monthly Self-Discovery Workshop for Caregivers
Caregiving can make it easy to lose sight of the person you were β and the person youβre becoming.
Who Am I? is a reimagined monthly mini-workshop series designed to help caregivers reconnect with themselves through guided conversations, skill-building, and thought-provoking activities led by expert guest speakers.
Each session explores a new theme β creativity, personal growth, relationships, career identity, joy, mindfulness, and more β giving caregivers a chance to reflect, learn, and rediscover passions outside of their caregiving roles.
Whether youβre exploring new hobbies, rebuilding confidence, finding community, or uncovering parts of yourself youβve put on hold, this series creates a supportive space for curiosity, connection, and renewal.
Join us each month as we ask the meaningful question β βWho Am I?β β and explore the many beautiful answers together
