Care 4 the Caregivers Support Groups offer a space where caregivers of children with disabilities can show up exactly as they are. This group is designed for parents and caregivers of children ages 0–12 who carry the emotional, physical, and mental weight of caregiving and need support that truly understands their lived experience.

Each session is facilitated by two licensed counselors who center empathy, shared understanding, and practical support. Caregivers are invited to talk openly about burnout, grief, stress, advocacy challenges, and the everyday realities of raising a disabled child. There is no pressure to share, listening is always welcome.
