Peaceful Pathways is a 6-week online yoga series designed specifically for caregivers who are raising children. This unique program offers a supportive space to connect with others while exploring somatic practices that nourish the body, mind, and heart.
Each 90-minute session includes opportunities for:
– Guided sharing and community connection
– Gentle breathwork and intention setting
– Meditation
– An accessible, all-levels yoga practice
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this series invites you to show up just as you are. The physical practices will be adaptable to meet individual needs, with an emphasis on self-compassion and empowerment.

Inspired by the work of Dr. Arielle Schwartz, PhD, a renowned expert in trauma recovery and polyvagal-informed therapeutic yoga, Peaceful Pathways integrates trauma-sensitive practices that support regulation, resilience, and personal growth.
While the drop-in format offers flexibility, attending the full series will allow for deeper exploration and transformation over time.
Meet Your Guide: Heather Joy Magdelano
Heather Joy is the creator and facilitator of Journey into Joy, a community for caregivers founded nearly a decade ago. A devoted yoga instructor since completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2018, Heather Joy specializes in Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, and trauma-informed practices. She recently completed advanced training in Polyvagal Theory for Trauma Recovery and brings her compassionate presence and deep knowledge to every class.
