Join us for the Flagstaff Caregivers’ Walking Group, a relaxed and welcoming space to move your body and connect with other caregivers who understand this journey. We will meet OUTSIDE at Buffalo Park and walk together at a comfortable pace, with room for conversation and community along the way.

Please register ahead of time so we know to look for you at the meeting spot and can make sure everyone feels welcomed and included.

If the weather is poor (snow/rain), we will meet indoors at the Flagstaff Mall

How to enter the mall after hours:

• Park in the back, near the outside entrance to the food court.
• Walk up to the food court entrance.
• To the right of the entrance, you’ll see brown doors—those are open.
• Go through the brown doors.|
• Walk down the hall and turn left.
