When we encounter significant stressors, we often feel stuck. Like we are in this perpetual state of panic without a clear vision of where we are going and what the future holds for us. During these times, we need to work hard to reset our mindset. To do this, we have to clarify where we are and where we want to go. We need to identify the problems that stand in our way and the opportunities that those problems give us. Then we need to make sure that we implement a self-care strategy as we tackle these problems.
