DESCRIPTION:Get outside and spend time with other family caregivers in Southern Arizona. \nOur Southern AZ Caregivers Hiking Club offers a chance to enjoy the beauty of the desert while sharing space with people who understand the caregiving journey. Time outdoors can help restore energy\, support emotional wellbeing\, and create moments of ease in the middle of demanding days. \nNext Hike\nSaturday\, April 18 at 9:00 AM\nSabino Canyon (trail TBD\, based on comfort level of registrants) \nWe will meet at:\nBasha’s\n3275 N Swan Rd\nTucson\, Arizona 85712 \nAll caregiver experience levels are welcome. The trail will be selected with accessibility and group comfort in mind.
