DESCRIPTION:Supporting Caregivers in Helping Children Face Anxiety with Confidence \nWe’re excited to offer Fear-Less Triple P\, an evidence-based parenting program designed to support caregivers of children ages 6–14\, including children with disabilities\, who are experiencing anxiety. \nThis program focuses on building practical\, everyday skills to help reduce fear\, avoidance\, and emotional distress\, while strengthening resilience for the whole family. Offered both online and in person\, it is designed to meet caregivers where they are. \nIn this course\, caregivers will learn:• How anxiety works in children• Ways to model calm\, confident coping• Practical strategies to reduce avoidance and distress• How to create step-by-step exposure plans• How to use a strengths-based approach \nProgram Dates: April 21st to May 27thSession Options:• Tuesdays\, 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM• Wednesdays\, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM \nThis program is more than education.
