DESCRIPTION:This is a night designed to provide much needed relaxation\, fun and respite.  It will be a welcoming environment where caregivers can take a break and recharge!  We will have pampering stations\, licensed massage therapists\, refreshments\, a raffle\, and a place to connect with other caregivers. \nOur Flagstaff Caregiver Monthly Meetups are a welcoming and supportive space for caregivers to connect\, unwind\, and recharge. Designed for caregivers of children with disabilities\, these gatherings provide an opportunity to share experiences\, build friendships\, and gain valuable resources in a relaxed and uplifting environment.\nOur meetups are open to families of all disabilities\, reflecting our commitment to inclusivity and community. Whether you’re looking for a night out with fellow caregivers or a chance to explore new self-care tools\, these meetups are tailored to meet your needs. Food is provided at every event\, along with supervised childcare to ensure you can fully relax and enjoy the evening. \nAt our core\, we believe in fostering connection and community. Join us to experience the encouragement and camaraderie of others who truly understand the joys and challenges of caregiving.
